Pinball update

On Saturday, a friend of mine came over and helped me replace a couple resistors and diodes on my pinball machine. Now all I need is to find a 1/4 amp, 250 volt slow-blow fuse and the displays on the machine SHOULD work. (I hope!) I went out to Radio Shack and a few other stores looking for the fuse but I couldn't find one. I bought a couple buss fuses instead of slow-blows and when I powered on the machine, it just blew them as soon as power got to them. I guess I really need those slow-blows!

sick

Last Wednesday after taking a shower, I got sick. I don't know from where or what but I got a high fever and my whole body started hurting. I was dizzy, somewhat disoriented, and my throat hurt everytime I swallowed. Anyway, on Thursday I was worse. I had the same symptoms and I had to go to school! It was, needless to say, a horrible day. On Friday I went to work in the morning, feeling just as sick as the day before, and decided to go home early. So I left work around 1:00pm that day and spent the rest of the day in bed. I slept well that night and my fever had gone, but my throat was still swollen and hurt me everytime I swallowed. Saturday I felt fine most of the day except for the throat thing but Saturday night I woke up around 2am covered in sweat. I changed my shirt and went back to sleep but I woke up again a half hour later with the same problem; I felt extremely hot and I was covered in sweat! After that I decided to take a shower but 5 minutes into my shower I decided to take a bath since I was swaying so much and so dizzy. After my bath I went back to sleep and slept like a baby!

So today is Sunday and I feel fine except for my throat is still killing me! I can feel where it is swollen on my neck and everytime I try to swallow, it hurts me. Any suggestions of what I can do?!?

Our new ward callings

Jenny and I just got called to the cub scouts! I'm the new Webelos leader and Jenny is one of the den leaders. I guess our Wednesday nights are going to be busy from now on!
